Bitcoin was created in 2008 by someone using the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin, which has since become the world's most traded, most owned and most valuable cryptocurrency, has been described as "digital gold".
Ethereum, on the other hand, was created in 2015 by Vitalik Buterin and several computer programmers. Its decentralized nature and smart contract capabilities have made Ethereum a point of attraction for developers. Ethereum is also seen as "digital oil" in the internet world.
It is thought that Ethereum market value will one day surpass Bitcoin, as Ethereum has many decentralized projects such as NFT, DeFi, GameFi, DEX, DAO, AMM.
