Decentralized social media startup BlueSky has released its first codes, announcing that it has started working publicly. The project, supported by Twitter, was introduced in 2019 by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. Developed as open source, the decentralized project has been operating as an independent organization since February of this year. Jack Dorsey is also one of the board members of the project.
BlueSky has raised $13 million in a funding round to start R&D. The working process is open to the public and takes feedback into account. BlueSky's first experiment is the Unauthenticated Data Experiment (ADX).
